Yealm Estuary to Moor (YEM) is an organisation which aims to improve water quality, repair fragmented habitats and increase the biodiversity of the River Yealm. For more information see https://yemcorridor.com(link is external) and Facebook group "Yealm Estuary to Moor(link is external)".
On Sunday 6 October, YEM is holding "Tree Seed Sunday", a day for families in each of six parishes to forage for tree seeds.
Each parish has a community tree nursery and a tree seed nursery in each of the seven schools in the catchment.
