Dartington Morris are again planning to host an annual Day of Morris Dancing in Totnes, on Saturday 12 September 2026.
We will be joined by guest Morris sides from the Open Morris, Morris Federation, and Morris Ring, from Devon, Cornwall, London and Essex.
We will start at 10:30am and finishing at around 4:30pm, with a variety of Morris dance styles on display around the town centre.

together with the host side, Dartington Morris.
Dancing will take place at various locations in the town (space permitting), including the Plains, Vire Island, St Mary's church(link is external), Rotherfold and Totnes Castle (courtesy of English Heritage). We will visit the Bay Horse Inn(link is external), the King William IV(link is external) and the day will finish on the Plains, centred on the Dartmouth Inn(link is external).
There is expected to be music and song aplenty at our pub stops!
