Who/Where sheet

The "Who/Where" sheet is a Google spreadsheet used to record members' intentions to attend or not any event throughout the year. Its purpose is to count numbers of dancers and musicians so the officers can decide whether or not an event can be supported. As such a 'y' (yes) or 'n' (no) entry are permitted; blanks or 'maybe' are less than useless for this purpose!

Any members that belong to more than one side should only put 'y' if they plan to be at the event in Dartington kit, so that we don't include them in the critical numbers.
